# No notification mails Mailer Plugin disabled

For first post, please answer the questions below!

User no longer receive notification mails for watched workspaces.

### What version of Cells are you using?

Cells Home 5.01

### What is the server OS? Database name/version? Browser name or mobile device description (if issue appears client-side)?

Ubuntu 24.04 mariadb Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.11.14-MariaDB

### What steps have you taken to resolve this issue already?

Tried to send a test-email under settings - this worked.

Searched the forum.

Tried to enable mailer plugin

Checked the scheduler

Thank you for your help!

I solved this problem by running `cells admin clean reset-jobs` and resetting the `pydio.grpc.activity` service.
