# Disable toolbar in PDF preview

I have disabled the ability to download shared PDF files but when a user opens the PDF with Preview it is still possible to download and/or print the file with the use of the top toolbar.  
Is is possible to disable this toolbar in Preview?

I am running Pydio 8.2.5.
