For first post, please answer the questions below!

### Describe your issue in detail

I tried “moving” my default datasource (pydiods1) to a BackBlaze B2 storage bucket. Now, the datasource always shows the error {“Id”:“”,“Code”:0,“Detail”:“Cannot Stat Root: The specified key does not exist.”,“Status”:“”}, which (I assume) is because Cells tries to access a file that existed on the old datasource, but not on the new one. Also, I can not create new folders or files in the “Common Files” workspace.

### What version of Cells are you using?

Pydio Cells Home Edition 4.4.11

### What is the server OS? Database name/version? Browser name or mobile device description (if issue appears client-side)?

MariaDB Database
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
nginx Reverse Proxy
BackBlaze B2 Storage Bucket

### What steps have you taken to resolve this issue already?

I tried uploading the files that were in pydiods1 on the local disk previously to BackBlaze, but Cells seems to not be able to access them correctly. I made sure that the API token used is correct and has all the necessary permissions set. I messed a bit with the pydio.json (e.g. deleted all “pydiods1” entries), but none of these things worked, so now I am just where I started at.

I would like to know if there is a way to transfer these three main folders to BackBlaze without needing to completely reinstall Cells, which would be cool, because I am in production. By the way: I have to move to BB because storage usage grew much more rapidly than I expected…

Thanks for your help & advice!

How did you move it to BB B2?

Hey, thanks for your reply! When creating the datasource for pydiods1 (with another name), I selected a custom data location (I think it says it creates a virtual folder there) and copied the files from my local disk to that location.
