# Can't open files on Android tablet with Pydio app version 2

Hi,

I have recently updated the pydio app from version 1.7.14 to version 2, everything seems to work fine and login ok but when I go to open a document it says “Can’t open File - Try saving file on the device and then open it”.

Normally the document should open from Pydio and this has only happened since updating the app.

Is there a way to get the documents to open through Pydio without having to save to the device first?
