# Can't install on Windows Server

Please provide the following tags: install / upgrade, package type, server OS, pydio version

I am trying to install it on Windows Server 2019.

However, an error appears during installation.

“2020-10-05T11:02:13.651 0900 \<-[31mERROR\<- [0m \<-[32mpydio.rest.config\<-[0m Ladon blocked GET request at /config/discovery. Ladon Response: DefaultDeny:true”

Please tell me how to fix it

I don’t know much on windows server, but could you tell me the following,

- are you running behind a reverse proxy?
- what are your CELLS\_BIND and CELLS\_EXTERNAL settings?
