# Admin Login impossible

Hi Fellows,

we have Pydio for a while, but now it seems impossible to get into the admin acccount. We checked user and password. What can we do?

And…

there is another question:

We want to migrate data from one account to another. Does anyone have experiences with migrating data between two accounts?

Firstly, there is no option for migration between account.

Hello,

unfortunately we have no db-installation, we have ajaxplorer 4 running on a windows server … and so I can`t find any acceptable documentation.

Is there any workaround how we can fix this Password problem?
